Mechanically in excellent condition, always ran on Optimax/V-Power fuel & Silkolene Pro S 10W50 oil.
Bad points:
Some stonechipping to front as can be expected on a car of this age/mileage.
Some rust showing on front wheel arch lip, small amount on bootlid, and some bubbling below petrol cap.
Drivers door has a small ding and rust on the bottom edge. (Have a replacement door available)
HPI clear. A very quick and reliable car, engine is still sweet as a nut. I think the car is in very good condition for it's year/age, and the fact that it actually gets used.
Recently serviced, and new clutch.
Genuine enquiries only, no test pilots, no PX.

Thanks for the comments guys.
As PT says, mileage doesn't/shouldn't mean much on a car of this age - plus the major components were replaced 12K ago - that said, it's actually WELL BELOW average mileage, lol.
Radders - yep it's mine, don't really have a fetish for photo's lol. The photo's above were taken this week, and probably the first ones I've taken of it for a few years.
Chop - must be the seven year itch.
Asking less than I've spent on it in the last couple of years alone - If you bought a complete shed of an EsCos for £7-8K (find one, lol), it'd still cost considerably more than this one to get up to the same spec' .... what the hell am I doing?

Cheers guys.
Trev, I know what you're saying, but a car of this age should really bought on condition (imo). Plus, your average person who wants a concourse low miler doesn't usually want big spec/power - each to their own.
Low mileage doesn't mean a car is mint, or high mileage a shed in my experience. Plus if it had half the mileage (which is basically just on the shell) then it'd be quite a bit more. Car's never been tracked (been to Brunters with Performance Ford when it was on 803's - that's it). Not been bumped or crashed - the car's just an honest example of a well spec'd EsCos.
Guzzler, absolutely (and they'd probably make on the deal too).
I don't think people (who haven't completed a big hp build) realise what it costs to do the job properly - would make an ideal fast road (as it is) or track car if that's your thing.
I don't HAVE to sell it, just feel I've had my time in Cosworths, this being my second EsCos, so won't be accepting daft offers (but I appreciate people like to try, lol)

But I know exacly what you mean about buying on condition. I wouldn't even think of buying one unless it had all the Mots and full service history like my last one did, and if I know the person I'm buying off even better, which I did through the club. I actually went down twice to see mine and spent hours on it before I actually decided to buy it, and it wasn't local, I live in Lincoln and the car was in Thetford Norfolk. You can't take anything for granted on these cars. The stuff I've seen over the years (and I'm sure you have) would make people's hair curl.
I have to say from the pics and spec it does look and sound good though, so I hope you get a sale soon.

Well I took a mate to view this car, and it has to be said for the money it is an absolute bargin, it has all the right bits, no expense spared on the build, and it goes really, really well. Very little lag, very smooth and free-revving engine. Just think that there is 6k of engine, 4k of gearbox, 1k of brakes,1k of wheels and all the other bits that add up to a fortune. Bill is the most honest bloke I have ever met selling a car, totally upfront and knows his car inside out.
My mate has bought a bike now, but for anyone who could put a little bit of time and effort into sorting the bodywork out, you would have a storming car that you can just get in and drive with no worries. I would quite happily buy this car myself if I had the cash spare.
Cheers for the time anyway Bill, your car will sell easily to someone who knows what they are doing, but I know you are torn, I would keep it if I were you and enjoy it
